Currency Transfer Template for wordpress – Upwork

I am looking for creative developer who can make a wordpress template like aquirefx dot com. The template should be responsive (mobile and desktop screen compatible). The template should be cross browser compatible. I want to use wordpress template X framework to be able to adjust and edit the template as required in later stages via cornerstone plugin.

Admin can login and check the input data in a data set and view them in detail when click on them. The data set is searchable and sort-able and data can be filtered through it.

Apart from registration pages, the Admin page will include the data set to show current registration as explained above along with another page for adding the transfer information for book keeping. Registration pages and wireframe for admin pages will be provided.
