A full-service dining experience and games for the whole family
Importing a family friendly atmosphere to the Fashion Show mall, two new entertainment options are headed to the Las Vegas Strip.
Arcade City already operates at high-profile tourist areas in Orlando, Florida, Branson, Missouri, and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and the Las Vegas expansion will upgrade the video arcade machines and games of skill attraction with its own bar and a full-service restaurant.
Still to be confirmed, Arcade City is expected to move into the vacant and highly visible former home of Kona Grill, right on the Strip-facing plaza.
The Arcade City mission statement explains, “anyone can put games in a room and call it an arcade. But we create an experience for our guests.” Created by the Face Amusement Group, the company will also be bringing its 7D Dark Ride to the mall, warning the brave to “take a seat in our game theater, arm yourself with special glasses and your zombie-fighting weapon, and feel your heart rate spike.”
Soon to begin hiring, a future opening date has yet to be announced. At its prior locations, individual game prices range from “$0.25-$3 a play, just depending on the game.”
