A commemorative event for the victims of Israel's systems and hostilities was held this evening (Monday) in the Knesset. The national memorial event is called "Ministers in their memory", and was held under the sign "Time stands still".

The event was attended by hundreds of bereaved families, as well as Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana, President Yitzhak Herzog, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and Defense Minister Yoav Galant. It was held as a joint initiative of the Knesset, the Commemoration and Heritage Families Division of the Ministry of Defense and the Department for Victims of Hostilities at the National Insurance Institute .

Those who performed at the event were the singers Hanan Ben Ari, Yasmin Moalem, Narkis, Eden Hasson, Tamir Greenberg and military bands. During the evening, a number of video clips were shown telling about the fallen spaces.
Among other things, a video was shown in which Commissioner Ya'akov Shabtai met with the wife of the late Noam Raz, a YAM fighter, who was killed during an operation to capture terrorists near Jenin. Among the other clips shown at the event: Netanyahu meeting with the family members of the Hillel brothers The late Weigel Yaniv, who was murdered in an attack near Hawara two months ago, and a meeting of the singer Yasmin Moalem with the mother and brother of the commander of the Nahal patrol, the late Major Bar Falah, who fell seven months ago near the Jalma crossing.
